Pricing questions we hear a lot
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You get a fixed written quote before any work starts, and that is what you pay. Hosting setup, SSL and aftercare support are included with every website.
What is included in the online shop price?
The €2,250 covers a full online shop with payments, delivery options and training, and we add your first 10 products for you. If you have a bigger catalogue we will quote the extra product setup, or show you how to add them yourself.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT, which is charged at 23%. Your written quote always sets out the price, the VAT and the total clearly before you commit to anything.
Can I spread the cost?
Often, yes. Payment plans are possible on most projects, but we always talk them through and agree the details together before any work starts. Mention it in your enquiry and Tommy will walk you through the options.
What does the €50 a month maintenance cover?
WordPress core, plugin and theme updates, security monitoring and malware scans, regular backups, uptime monitoring and priority phone and email support. One plan, no tiers.
What if my project does not fit these options?
