How much does a website cost?
Starter covers a compact site, Business covers a larger one with copywriting and wider local SEO, and Booking & Commerce adds direct booking or online selling. You get a fixed written quote before any work starts, and that is the price you pay. No hourly rates, no surprise invoices. VAT is set out clearly on every quote.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You get a fixed written quote before any work starts, and that is what you pay. Hosting setup, SSL, full training and 60 days aftercare are included with every build.
Which package is right for me?
Starter suits a sole trader or a single-service business that needs the essentials done properly. Business is the one most established businesses pick, because the extra pages, copywriting and wider local SEO are what actually bring the enquiries in. Booking & Commerce is for you if customers need to book or buy on the site. If you are unsure, ring Tommy and he will tell you straight which one fits.
What is included in Booking & Commerce?
Everything in Business, plus a direct booking engine or a full shop with payments and delivery, up to 20 products added for you, and staff training on managing bookings or orders. We quote it properly after a conversation, because a booking engine for a guesthouse and a shop with 200 products are very different jobs.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT, which is charged at 23%. Your written quote always sets out the price, the VAT and the total clearly before you commit to anything.
How do payments work?
50% deposit before work begins, 50% on launch. Payment plans are possible on larger projects. We talk it through case by case before any work starts, so just mention it when you get in touch.
What happens after my website goes live?
The first 60 days after launch are included with every build. After that you can look after the site yourself with the training we give you, or move onto a maintenance plan. Essential covers updates, security and backups for a simple monthly fee, and Growth a month if you would rather we kept the content moving and reported on what the site is bringing in.
What if my project does not fit these packages?
