Step 1: Access the WooCommerce Dashboard
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
- In the left-hand menu, hover over WooCommerce and click on Products.
- Click on Add New.
Step 2: Enter Product Details
- Product Name: Enter the name of your product in the Product Name field.
- Product Description: Add a detailed description of your product in the Product Description box. This is the main description and appears on the product page.

- SKU: Enter a unique SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for inventory management.
- Stock Status: Manage stock status (In stock, Out of stock, On backorder).
- Sold Individually: Enable this to allow only one item to be bought in a single order.
c. Shipping Tab:
- Weight: Enter the weight of the product.
- Dimensions: Enter the length, width, and height of the product.
- Shipping Class: Assign a shipping class if applicable.
d. Linked Products Tab:
- Upsells: Select products to recommend instead of the current product.
- Cross-sells: Select products to recommend in the cart based on the current product.
e. Attributes Tab:
- Add custom product attributes like color, size, etc.
f. Advanced Tab:
- Purchase Note: Enter an optional note to send the customer after purchase.
- Menu Order: Custom ordering position for the product.
- Enable Reviews: Check to enable customer reviews.
Step 4: Add Short Product Description
- Scroll down to the Product Short Description box. This description appears next to the product image on the product page.
Step 5: Set Product Categories and Tags
- In the right-hand sidebar, under Product Categories, select the appropriate category for your product or add a new category.
- Under Product Tags, add relevant tags for your product.
Step 6: Add Product Images
- Product Image: Set the main product image by clicking Set Product Image.
- Product Gallery: Add additional images to the product gallery by clicking Add Product Gallery Images.
Step 7: Publish Your Product
- Once you have entered all the product details, click the Publish button on the right-hand side to make your product live on your website.
